Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us via the after-sales email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the desired new address. We can only modify the address before your order leaves our facility.

Cancellations

We only accept order cancellations before your order leaves our facility.

Return & Refund Policy

1. 90-Day No-Return-Reason Guarantee : If the return is caused by our reasons such as wrong delivery, defective product, inconsistent with description, you can enjoy no-return-reason return within 90 days of receiving the product. We provide free replacement parts and bear the return shipping costs.

2. After 90 Days : For products that have no quality problems, no part issues, and do not affect normal use, we will provide a 10% refund of the original price as a consolation if you have related complaints. No returns or exchanges will be supported for such cases.

3. 1-Year Quality Issue Replacement Guarantee : If the product has quality problems within 1 year of receiving it, we provide free exchange for new products. The shipping costs for the exchange will be borne by us.

Defective/Damaged Items Handling

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Support at support@topautogear.com within 7 days of receipt. Please include the following information in your email: order number, clear photos of the defective or damaged item showing the issue, and a detailed description of the problem. Our team will verify the situation and arrange for free replacement or processing according to the policy.

Return Authorization & Process

1. All returns must be authorized by TopAutoGear in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

2. To apply for return authorization, please send an email to support@topautogear.com. We do not accept return requests via social media.

3. When returning the product, please provide the receipt or proof of purchase, and ensure the product is in its original packaging if applicable.

Refund Processing

1. We do not provide refunds or replacements if you simply change your mind or make an incorrect purchase decision. Please carefully check the product information such as model, specification, size before purchasing.

2. For eligible refunds, the refund amount will be the original payment amount excluding shipping fees unless the issue is caused by us. Once the return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

3. It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment account after you receive the confirmation email, and it may take an additional billing cycle to appear on your statement.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected time, please follow these steps:

1. Check your bank account or payment platform transaction records again.

2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as there may be a processing delay on their end.

3. Contact your bank to confirm if there is any pending transaction.

4. If the issue persists, please contact us at support@topautogear.com with your order number and refund confirmation email (if received).

Exchange Policy

1. Exchanges are only supported for quality problems or damages within 1 year of receipt, or for unused, unworn products in original packaging that need size or model adjustment applicable to eligible products.

2. For size/model exchanges of eligible products, please consult our sizing chart or product specifications in advance to ensure a proper fit. Used or damaged products (caused by improper use) cannot be exchanged.

3. All exchanges must be completed within the corresponding policy period. 90 days for our responsibility issues, 1 year for quality issues.

4. To apply for an exchange, send an email to support@topautogear.com with your order number, product information, and exchange reason. Our team will provide the return address and related instructions.

Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

1. For returns or exchanges caused by our reasons such as defective, wrong delivery, we will bear the shipping costs and provide a shipping label if necessary.

2. For returns or exchanges caused by personal reasons such as wrong purchase decision which is eligible for refund according to policy, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. For items over 75 dollars, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of uninsured or untracked returned items.
